Got back yesterday and the weather here was not as bad as I was expecting. Yes, it is warm, but I was expecting warmer. Hopefully fall will begin its arrival as September arrives.

Labor Day Weekend! We’ll be making our way out to the farm for a short stay, but hopefully the weather will hold and it won’t be unbearable out there. I’ve got very little on my mind at the moment as I passed the Extra exam yesterday and it will be nice to veg a bit.

Football! Next week! SWEET! Its so great that the regular season is starting! Football season brings back all those great memories of sitting around with your family, watching the games, the holidays, great food and great conversation, etc. This time of year is one of my favorites. The intangible meaning of the word is comforting.

Ok… time to do some work in preparation for the 3 day weekend!
