Welp, the voters in McKinney sure spoke loud an clear. Those silly oppressors of the Beer & Wine law were squashed today and we are getting Beer & Wine in McKinney! According to the negative propaganda (quite poorly written I might add…), brothels are next.

Yesterday evening, James, Donny, Chris and myself were all sitting around and we hear a helicopter fly very low over the house. I run outside and sure enough it lands in a circular drive just about 100 yds from my house. Turns out, one of the neighbors in a nearby neighborhood (we share the same street, but you can’t drive from one to the next thanks to steel pylons) accidentally hit their kid with their car. The kid is fine today and was even playing in the front yard. Ouch. They air-lifted him away.

Today I went and started my Acellerated Free Fall Program, but weather scratched my jump. I’m hoping to do levels 1 and 2 tomorrow after church. I’ll keep you posted.
